The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored digitally on password protected drives on password protected devices. No details are stored in paper format for your protection, and where details have been hand written they are shredded as soon as they are finished with.
The information collected is stored for as long as you are a client of The Artisan Soap Co – and for records such as financial transactions will be stored for 7 years in line with financial regulations. Email communications could be deleted 1 year after you have ended any service with The Artisan Soap Co, except where records must be kept for a legal purpose.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask me to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
